JouleX is excited to announce a system-wide upgrade to its innovative JouleX Energy Manager (JEM) product. Among the new powerful enterprise energy management functionality features JEM 2.5 will be delivering is the addition of JouleX MobileTM– a location-based “smart” mobile application for a company’s employees to manage the power usage of all their personal productivity devices, from PCs and MACs to printers and VOIP phones.
But, wait, there’s more. We’ve greatly expanded support for the IT infrastructure with native integration with Cisco EnergyWise API, Intel’s Data Center Manager/NodeManager and VMWare’s vCenter. With JEM 2.5, we’re also introducing our innovative load-adaptive computingTM that accurately measures system and application utilization and power loads while dynamically allocating computing resources as they are needed. Big stuff!
More still… JEM version 2.5 will offer more energy intelligence and visibility than ever before through a variety of interactive, drill-down reporting, including the ability to identify top “power hogs” among all network-connected devices and systems.
